Get started with EAP – One call is all it takes

Call an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) coordinator for a, confidential assessment at no additional cost. EAP coordinators are trained to listen to your concerns and connect you with the specialist or service that may be best able to help you or a member of your family:

  • Access in-person counseling sessions with in-network clinicians.
  • Address depression, stress, anxiety or substance use issues.
  • Improve relationships at home or work.
  • Learn the signs, prevention tips and sources for overcoming burnout.
  • Find support for child or elder care matters.
  • Work through emotional issues or grief.
  • Get legal or financial assistance.
