You can receive an over-the counter (OTC) at-home COVID-19 test(s) at no out-of-pocket cost to you if you purchase them at the in-store pharmacy counter at a UnitedHealthcare Preferred Retailer or online through the Optum Store. OTC at-home tests for this benefit, includes tests without a physician order and administered without physician or lab involvement. A Preferred Retailer is a pharmacy that UnitedHealthcare has made arrangements with to provide OTC at-home COVID-19 tests at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
